This has led me to establish “TFHLF”, whose board is completely made up of family members. My hope is that everyone joins TFHLF in making a difference.

I serve on the Board of Directors of The Faith, Hope & Love Foundation, a role shaped by my daughter Grace’s sudden illness in the summer of 2024. That experience opened my eyes to how overwhelming and uncertain life can feel when a child becomes seriously ill, and it gave me an appreciation for the families who face those moments every day.

What carried us through that time was exactly what our foundation stands for—faith that steadied us, hope when answers were unclear, and love from the literal thousands of people who prayed for our Grace and helped deliver her miracle. Her recovery reminds us every day that we are the lucky ones.

My involvement in the foundation is our family’s way of saying thank you and paying that gratitude forward. Anything we can do for families of ailing children—and for the children themselves—is a blessing. It is a privilege to offer support, comfort, and compassion to those facing their hardest days, and I’m grateful for every opportunity to help those in need.

I gained a deep understanding of how overwhelming, isolating, and emotionally consuming it can be when a child becomes seriously ill.

Grace’s recovery and the extraordinary kindness shown to our family during that time, drives my commitment to supporting children and families facing medical challenges. Through my work with The Faith, Hope & Love Foundation, I hope to help others feel less alone and to create moments of joy and comfort during their hardest days.
