The Faith Hope Love
FOUNDATION

The Board Members

"The Lord and my family have always been my anchor. Their love drives me and reminds me of who I am. It has always given me the strength to persevere, even in the hardest of times.
This has led me to establish TFHLF, whose board is completely made up of family members. My hope is that everyone joins TFHLF in making a difference.
As life passes us by, we should remember to never stop giving back to those in need."
Rafaele "Ray" Amato, Chairman

Ryan's role on the board was shaped by his daughter Grace’s sudden illness in the summer of 2024. That experience opened his eyes to how overwhelming and uncertain life can feel when a child becomes seriously ill, and it gave him an appreciation for the families who face those moments every day.
What carried him and his family through that time was exactly what the foundation stands for—faith that steadied them, hope when answers were unclear, and love from the literal thousands of people who prayed for Grace and helped deliver her miracle. Her recovery reminds them every day that they are the lucky ones.
His involvement in the foundation is his family’s way of saying thank you and paying that gratitude forward. He considers it a privilege to offer support, comfort, and compassion to those facing their hardest days, and is grateful for every opportunity to help those in need.
Ryan Iannuzzo, Secretary

Samantha was inspired in part by her daughter Grace’s sudden and life-threatening illness in the summer of 2024. Watching her battle acute liver failure with no clear answers changed her in profound ways. She gained a deep understanding of how overwhelming, isolating, and emotionally consuming it can be when a child becomes seriously ill.
Grace’s recovery and the extraordinary kindness shown to her family during that time drive her commitment to supporting children and families facing medical challenges. Through her work with The Faith Hope Love Foundation, she hopes to help others feel less alone and to create moments of joy and comfort during their hardest days.
Samantha Amato Iannuzzo, Board Member
As co-founder of The Faith Hope Love Foundation, Nick Leone brings a deeply personal sense of purpose to its mission. His commitment began the day his nephew was born with a life-threatening illness; an experience that opened his eyes to the unimaginable weight families carry when a child is suffering. Standing beside his own family through moments of fear, hope, and uncertainty, he witnessed how even the smallest spark of joy or comfort could make a difference.
Determined to extend that relief to others, Nick joined Founder, Ray Amato, to build an organization dedicated to giving families a sense of hope in the midst of hardship. He believes in changing lives one person, one child, and one family at a time.
Grateful for the good fortune he has had in life, Nick felt compelled to give back in a way that went far beyond financial support. He wanted to take real action, to stand with families when they need it most, and to help create memories that shine even in the darkest days. This mission, born from love for his nephew and compassion for all families walking a similar path, continues to guide every step he takes with the TFHLF.
